Imagine if one day, after spending 20 years doing one thing, you decided to try something completely different. Welcome to the life of Brian Price, who is now an accomplished singer/songwriter in Pittsburgh.

His debut CD was entitled “Tired Of Singing In My Car,” a nod to the years he spent “belting it out” during his daily commutes to and from work. His original intention was to give this disc—of songs inspired by snapshots from his life—only to close family and friends.

But this unique collection pleasantly surprised everyone, most notably the musicians who helped bring it to life (and who breathed huge sighs of relief when they discovered that it actually showed incredible promise.)

These musicians are also very gifted friends: Rick Witkowski, Anthony Rankin, Rick Mals, Mark Rajakovic, Randy Baumann, Mike Rajakovic, Marla Sgro, Jamie Peck and his dad, Ty Price.

Brian loves his day job and plans on keeping it, and he is currently in the studio recording his follow-up to “Tired of Singing in My Car”. He’s just as committed to making music for pure enjoyment, and you will clearly pick up on that passion once you give his songs a listen.

Or better yet, invite him to your own living room for a house concert.
